Payment Policy
Payment Methods
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International through world’s most secure payment methods Paypal and Authorized.net. Credit card customers with USA and non-USA billing addresses will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
Paypal
We also accept PayPal payments. Payments processed using PayPal will be charged immediately. PayPal will automatically select your default Shipping Address. You may choose another if you wish, or update this upon your return to our Web Site. Please note: PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payment methods. Please also be aware: We do not accept eChecks (bank account payments) via PayPal unless you have a valid credit card attached to your account (for backup purposes). This also applies to payments made exclusively from your PayPal balance. PayPal may therefore ask you to add a valid credit card to your account for you to complete your order with us.
Checks/Money Orders
Payment by Check and money order is for USA customer only. To pay by check or money order, please first place your order. The FOCAAS order number must be noted on the memo section of check/money order in order to ensure the proper application of funds to your transaction. Check and money order is payable to FOCAAS Inc.
Wire Transfer
Payment by wire transfer is for both USA and non-USA customers. To pay by wire transfer, please first place your order. Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. The FOCAAS order number must be noted on the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of funds to your transaction. We will provide the detailed wire transfer related bank details upon request.
Non-US Currency Disclaimer
All non-US currency amounts displayed are estimates provided for general information purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any foreign currency information.
The final amount shown in your cart is in US dollars. The estimated product price does not include customs, duty fees and/or taxes. Your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee. Please review your financial institution's policies when making purchases in USD as there may be extra charges incurred from the transaction.
Any charges or refunds to your credit card will be issued in US dollars. Refund amounts may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuating exchange rates.
PayPal Credit, Google Checkout™ and mail-in rebates are not available for international purchases.
For shipments to Russia, the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 5000 Rubles per shipment.
Tax Exemptions
We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Texas State. Wholesaler, government, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious associations located in Texas usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Once approved, customers may make tax-exempt purchases on behalf of their organizations.

Shipping Policy
Where We Ship:
We ship around the globe. So wherever you are, you can get the best advice on the greatest gear at the best prices! Please check below to acquaint yourself with any exceptions and conditions that may apply to you.
We currently do not ship to: None.
United States
We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories. Most of the items we ship from our USA warehouses via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Some of the items, based on our stock availability, might be directly shipped from our vendor facilities located outside of USA via UPS, EMS, Epacket and FedEx.
International
We ship most international packages from our USA warehouses via USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx. Some of the items, based on our stock availability, might be directly shipped from our vendor facilities located outside of USA via UPS, EMS, Epacket and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight or package dimension, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.
Oversized items that don't fit Standard Parcel Services will be shipped via Air Freight Forwarder with Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.
Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.
We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.
Shipping Carriers:
Our preferred shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS & Epacket. We might use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking.
Shipping & Handling Time:
Your items will usually be shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Some of the items, based on our stock availability, might need 2-3 days.
Business Hours for Shipping:
We ship items from Monday through Friday, except holidays between 8am to 5pm CST (Central Standard Time)
Cut-off Time:
Order received after 2pm CST will be processed in the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Items will be delivered within 1-15 business days, depending on your location and the location of warehouse the item shipped from. Your shopping cart will display the warehouse location and an expected delivery date for ease of reference. Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders may be delayed due to verification protocols, weather or the time of order placement.
Track Your Order:
We ship every item with tracking number. As soon as item is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Also you can check the status of your order by log in to your account with FOCAAS and visit the "My Orders" page under your account. If you are a guest user or purchased as guest, you can check the order status by visiting “Track Your Order” page. Your items may be shipped into multiple packages, but will show updated tracking information for each individual package as it becomes available. Orders without tracking information may include stock exceptions like special orders or back orders which require more time to process. If your order does not appear in your account, it may have been a guest checkout, phone or store order.
Store Pickup:
Currently, we do not offer any store or warehouse pickup option
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, FOCAAS reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Rebates
Manufacturer's rebates may not be valid for merchandise shipped outside the USA. Please check the information in your cart to confirm pricing.
Attested Documents
Certain countries require your order's documents to be attested by the chamber of commerce. In the event that you need attested documents there will be a $40 USD fee per document requiring a signature along with a shipping charge to send you the documents.
Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. You are solely responsible for those fees. For these fees, please consult with your local government import office. We only collect Texas sales tax for orders shipped to addresses within Texas State. Sales tax is not a VAT and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors upon returning home.
Item Restrictions
Before completing any purchase, please check all product Specifications to make sure you're choosing compatible items that will work in your country. In addition, please confirm that your country's import rules and regulations will allow you to import the item you're purchasing. Manufacturer or government restrictions occasionally oblige us to block certain products from shipping outside the USA.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we strive to exceed your expectations for secure data. Nevertheless, cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
Return Policy
1. First, carefully review our Return Policy and the Non-Returnable Items policy on focaas.com to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
2. In order to determine whether the item is returnable or non-returnable Items, please check “Additional Information” tab of product view page. “Allow RMA” value ‘yes’ means returnable item and ‘no’ means non-returnable Item.
3. In order for return, you must need to initiate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) at focaas.com within 14 days of your item received. Do not return the item without the approval of RMA. Upon approval of RMA, you will receive the detailed instruction about how to return the items and where to send. In case of wrong item shipped by seller, seller will provide the pre-paid return shipping label to buyer.
4. FOCAAS has the sole authority to accept or reject your RMA request. FOCAAS decision is final in this regard. However, buyer can appeal only once against the outcome of RMA.
5. If you return the item without the approval of RMA and package is lost, seller will not be liable for the loss and no refund will be issued.
6. If you return the item without the approval of RMA, FOCAAS will initiate RMA and FOCAAS decision is final in this regard. There will be no chance of appeal against the outcome of RMA in this circumstance.
7. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including hangtags and original packaging.
8. Return items with tracking number and appropriate insurance. Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage if the item is shipped without tracking and proper insurance.
9. Buyer pays return shipping for all most all cases including the case when item is defective. Only time seller pays return shipping if seller shipped wrong item.
10. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for new items that are used or box is opened.
11. Actual original shipping cost is no-refundable and will be deducted if refund is issued
12. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, FOCAAS reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
13. If you return a product to us, you will become the exporter from the destination country. That title and any risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise. Shipping carriers will assist you in recovering your duties and taxes for a fee. Please contact shipping carriers directly to initiate this service.
14. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
15. Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
16. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
17. FOCAAS is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. FOCAAS is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
18. Also, claims for missing items or any other discrepency must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise in witten form.
19. Damages
Focaas DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
- Note any damages on the receipt.
- Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Focaas for freight claim processing.
- For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible.
- If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact Focaasp for freight claim; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 24 hours, and alert Focaas of the issue.
- Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.
20. Special Returns
JVC: No returns for credit on color television, DVD/BluRay/VCR or camcorder. Authorized service center repair only (800-537-5722)
Makerbot: No Returns allowed through Focaas. Please contact the manufacturer directly for service and support.

Nintendo:
Nintendo Consoles - Focaas tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 14 days from date of shipment. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing. Buyer will be billed for missing parts.
Nintendo Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 14 days from date of shipment. All software and accessories must be returned for replacement of same product only. No credit. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking charge or refuse to issue additional RAs if returns exceed 2% of total Nintendo product.
Panasonic CE: No returns for credit on video, DVD/BluRay/VCR, LCD, plasma, color television, fax or camcorders. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-222-4213)
PlayStation:
PlayStation Consoles - Focaas tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 14 days from date of shipment. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing. Buyer will be billed for missing parts.
PlayStation Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 14 days from date of shipment. All software and accessories must be returned for replacement of same product only. No credit. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking charge or refuse to issue additional RAs if returns exceed 2% of total PlayStation product.
Samsung CE: No returns for credit on TV, DVD/BluRay/VCR, Home Theater. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-726-7864)
ViewSonic: Returns limited to 14 days from date of shipment. Absolutely no exceptions. Serial number required.
Xbox:
Xbox Consoles - Focaas tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 14 days from date of shipment. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord, original box and packing. Buyer will be billed for missing parts.
Xbox Live - Defective return policy is 14 days from date of shipment. Xbox needs the subscription code to remove it from their system. If the subscription code is not visible when returned, reseller will not receive credit. All Xbox Live product must include DVD folder with visible subscription code, Xbox live communicator, and original box. Buyer will be billed for missing parts.
Xbox Software and Accessories - We will accept defective returns up to 14 days from date of shipment. All software and accessories must be returned for same product replacement only. No credit. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking charge if returns exceed 1%.
21. Any deviation from return policies will result in the product being returned to you with no credit issued.
22. Focaas reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without notification.
